Descripci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n

\nEste modelo aport\u00f3 a las escuelas referentes curriculares, de desempe\u00f1o docente y de gesti\u00f3n escolar para desencadenar procesos de mejora continua sobre la construcci\u00f3n de acuerdos y la delimitaci\u00f3n de responsabilidades entre sociedad, sistema educativo y escuela, a fin de ofrecer una educaci\u00f3n de calidad para todos. Bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n del CEE, participaron Servicios Integrales de Medici\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n Educativa (SIEME), Heur\u00edstica Educativa (HE) y la Universidad Pedag\u00f3gica Nacional (UPN). El primero fue responsable directo de la construcci\u00f3n, legitimaci\u00f3n, validaci\u00f3n, piloteo, comunicaci\u00f3n de resultados y di\u00e1logo para la incorporaci\u00f3n de los Est\u00e1ndares de desempe\u00f1o docente en el aula al sistema educativo nacional. El modelo se desarroll\u00f3 en una muestra de 608 escuelas de las 32 entidades federativas durante tres fases (2008-2010); su componente de desempe\u00f1o docente implic\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de ejercicios de valoraci\u00f3n y mejora de la pr\u00e1ctica en el aula lo que, finalmente, logr\u00f3 incidir en el conjunto del sistema. En 2011, la SEP incorpor\u00f3 los Est\u00e1ndares de desempe\u00f1o docente en el aula como elemento orientador de los Lineamientos de Carrera Magisterial, de la Evaluaci\u00f3n universal de docentes y del Cat\u00e1logo de formaci\u00f3n continua para maestros en servicio, para entrar en vigor a partir del ciclo escolar 2012-2013, lo mismo que los Est\u00e1ndares de gesti\u00f3n escolar al Programa Escuelas de Calidad.
